In 2014, students in Singapore felt they needed to reduce unnecessary waste in their community. Through campaigns, talks, skits and flash mobs, they advocated against the use of styrofoam cutlery. They associated with an organisation to promote this change and propagated the 'Bring Your Own Box' campaign. 50% students and 90% staff successfully joined in the movement.
