Our Student Ambassadors

Meet one of our Ambassador Teams from the Stratford School in Santa Clara, California.

Kindergarten, first, and second grade combined their efforts to educate our community with an eBook they put together with heartfelt empathy.

Their goal was to help educate people of all ages on how we can help prevent food waste, advocate for endangered species, and take action against insect biodiversity loss in our own ecosystem.

The team travelled to the Design for Change Global Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in November 2022.

At the end of this project, my students were saying things like, "I feel like I can do anything now!", "I want to be a designer!" and, "I never thought I could do this, but I did it and it feels so great!"... things I never imagined I would hear."

Patti Andreoles

They never wanted to miss a day from the project. They gave up their free time to do more than they had to. They were thinking critically and problem solving. They made a difference in our school community.

What Educators Are Saying

I also wanted to say thank you all for this content. This speaks to me like nothing else I've encountered. I use the SDGs for projects and your program has been a gem in this rough time of distance teaching.
