簡介
遍佈全球 60 多個國家地區的兒童及青少年,他們透過勇闖 DFC 四關(發現問題構想解決方案實行想法分享成果),成為改變世界的勇者。勇者需要遞交報告、投影片或影片,展示他們闖關的詳細過程,表現傑出的勇者有機會開啓秘密關卡,代表澳門參加全球最大的兒童青少年交流活動,與各地勇者交流,擴闊視野,集合各地勇者的力量,改變世界。

對象
6 至 17 歲澳門居民(包括永久及非永久)

形式 
以個人或小組為單位,最多由 5 人組成,並由 1 至 2 位成人引導及負責聯絡協調工作。

挑戰流程
1. 感受 - 以不同的角度觀察人事物,探索潛在的問題或想達成的願望。
2. 想像 - 運用自由發揮的空間,想出解決或改善問題的創新方法。
3. 實行 - 集合每一樣所需要的資源,用一星期去實踐行動。
4. 分享 - 向他人分享自己的行動和快樂,影響更多人參與改變。

作品要求
1. 作品語言須為中文或英文。
2. 作品中需要包含作品名稱、組別名稱及清晰表達如何進行四個挑戰步驟。
3. 記錄進行四個挑戰步驟的整個過程,可以用拍照、錄影、錄音或文字記錄等。
4. 作品須以影片(3 至 5 分鐘的短片,格式為 mp4)、投影片(格式為 ppt 或 pptx)或報告(格式為doc、docx 或 pdf)的形式展示。


獎項
參賽者完成四個挑戰步驟並遞交作品,並經主辦單位核實後:

  • 有機會以澳門代表隊身份參加全球最大的兒童青少年交流活動,主辦單位將於2019年5月至6月期間通知有關詳情,並進行甄選。
  • 表現傑出者將於第八屆DFC創意分享大會上分享自己的改變故事。
  • 所有參賽者獲發國際認可的參與證書。

七大特色故事獎項:得獎組別可於台上分享自己的作品及參與特色體驗,每位得獎者可獲獎牌乙個。

優秀指導獎(七個):七大特色故事獎項的指導員可獲獎狀及奬品。

最受歡迎獎:完成四個挑戰步驟並經主辦單位核實後的作品可進入投票階段,投票詳情將於2019年5月在網站及Facebook專頁公佈,投票的市民有機會獲得獎品,而獲最高票數的組別,每位成員可獲精美禮品乙份。


報名方法
網上下載並用電腦填寫報名表格,電郵至submitdfc@gmail.com。參賽者須核實報名表格上填寫的資料準確,有關內容將作為主辦單位發出證書之用。報名成功後,主辦單位將回覆及提供網上遞交作品的指引。

作品提交方法
網上下載並用電腦填寫作品提交表格(doc檔案),連同作品以及作品中照片(jpeg檔案)或影片(mp4檔案)的原檔案,根據主辦單位的指引作網上遞交。

參賽須知
1. 參賽組別可以學校、社團機構或自由組隊參加,同一學校或社團機構參賽隊數不限。
2. 每個參賽組別可遞交多於一份作品,每人亦可參加多於一個組別。
3. 報名後,如欲加減或更改參加者資料,必須於截止收件日期之前提出,並須經主辦單位同意。
4. 作品必須原創,不可包含侵權的內容 (如: 圖片或音樂等),而且未曾以任何形式發表。涉及侵權的作品,主辦單位有權取消其參賽資格。
5. 所有遞交作品之版權、創作和使用權當屬主辦單位所有,主辦單位可用作任何宣傳或推廣用途。
6. 作品一經遞交,主辦單位可將其內容編輯、發表或上載於網站、社交網絡作宣傳等用途,而無須徵求參賽者同意。
7. 因應作品質素,主辦單位保留懸空或取消獎項之權利。
8. 主辦單位可在活動期間拍攝及錄影,所得的照片及影片可作為宣傳用途。
9. 參賽者提供的個人資料均會保密,並僅用於本活動。
10. 主辦單位對本次活動擁有最終決定權。

Introduction
Children and youth from over 60 countries and regions finished the 4 levels of DFC Challenge(Discover the problem -> Design the solution -> Implement the ideas -> Share the result) and theybecome   the   superheroes   of   changing   the   world.   Superheroes   need   to   submit   the   report,presentation file or video to show the details of how they finished the 4 levels. The outstandingsuperheroes will have the chance to join the mysterious mission – representing Macau to join theworld biggest exchange activity for children and youth. Change the world with other heroes fromdifferent region.

Target
Macao residents aged from 6 to 17 (including the permanent and non-permanent).

Form
An individual unit or a group with at most 5 members, with 1 or 2 adults as mentor and coordinator.

Process

1. Feel - Explore potential problems or your dreams by different perspectives and observations.
2. Imagine - Figure out creative ways to solve or improve problem by brainstorming.
3. Do - Implement the selected idea in a week with the necessary resources.
4. Share - Share your story and happiness with others to inspire more people to make change.

Awards
4 FIDS steps are required to be completed before submitted to organizer for verification. The rewards for participants as follows:

  • There is a chance to join the world biggest exchange activity for children and youth. Relevant information will be announced during May and June in 2019 and the final representatives will be selected afterwards.
  • Outstanding performers can share their own stories in the 8th DFC Creativity Sharing Activity.
  • All participants will receive an international certificate from Design for Change.

Special Awards of 7 Top Stories: Teams can share their stories on the stage. A special experience will be given to each team. Each member can receive a medal.

7 Awards of Excellence in Instruction: For the mentors of those special awards teams, certificates and rewarded gifts will be awarded for their efforts.

Award of the Most Popular Team: For the teams who have completed the 4 steps, the verified stories will be shown online and open for election. The details will be announced in the website and Facebook page of DFC Macau in May 2019. Citizens who cast their votes can attend the lucky draw for a rewarded gift. And the team which gets the most votes will receive rewarded gifts for every member.

Requirements
1. All submissions should be in Chinese or English.
2. Title of the story, name of the team and descriptions about the four steps should be stated clearly in all submissions.
3. The whole process (including all 4 steps) must be recorded in the submissions. Photos, videos, audios and text records are allowed.
4. All submissions should be presented as video (about 3 to 5 minutes, format: mp4), PowerPoint presentation (with photos and text, format: ppt or pptx) or report (with photos and text, format: doc, docx or pdf).


Application
Download the participation form from DFC website and fill it in by computer with accuracy. Then email it to submitdfc@gmail.com. Data will be used for issuing certificates by the organizer. After successful application, the organizer will reply and provide the guideline for online submission.

Submission
Download the submission form from DFC website and fill it in by computer. According to the guideline provided by the organizer, please upload your submission, the original files of the photos (jpeg files) and videos (mp4 files) shown inside and the submission form (doc file).

Points to Note
1. Participating groups can be in the name of their representing schools or organizations, or form the group by themselves. There is no limit for the number of teams in the same school or organization.
2. Each group can submit more than one work. Each person can join more than one group.
3. After application, adding or changing the participant information must be raised before the deadline of submission. And it is subject to the approval of the organizer.
4. The production must be original, not to commit a tort like pictures, music, etc. and not yet presented to the public in any circumstances. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the infringing works.
5. The copyright of all the submissions will be belonged to the organizer. Therefore, the organizer has the right to use it for any purpose of advertisement and promotion.
6. Once the production being submitted, the organizer has the right to edit and publish them in the website and social network for the promotion purpose without seeking any agreement with the participants.
7. According to the quality of the submissions, the organizer reserves the rights to suspend or cancel the qualification of the awards.
8. The organizer will have photo and video taking during the event. All the photos and videos will be used for promotion purpose.
9. All personal information will be kept confidentially and used for this challenge only.
10. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments to the rules above.
